Product features
Thick separatory funnel is made of high borosilicate glass, which has low expansion rate, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance, and good heat resistance and chemical stability.
The thick glass material makes the separatory funnel more robust. Compared with the ordinary glass separatory funnel, it can better withstand external force impacts and reduce the risk of breakage due to accidental collisions.
The piston is flexible, enabling precise control of the liquid outflow rate from the funnel, which facilitates accurate operation of the liquid separation and extraction processes. The frosted glass stopper at the bottleneck fits closely with the bottle mouth. There is also a small vent hole between the bottleneck and the stopper, which can not only ensure the tightness of the separatory funnel during use but also safely release the internal pressure when necessary.
