Product introduction
Washing bottles are used in chemical laboratories to hold pure water and are equipped with a device for emitting thin liquid streams. There are two commonly used types: blow-out type and squeeze-out type. The blow-out type consists of a flat-bottomed glass flask and a bottle mouth device with a short air blowing pipe and a long water outlet pipe; the squeeze-out type consists of a plastic narrow-necked bottle and a bottle mouth device with a water outlet pipe. Plastic wash bottles are used for quantitative transfer of solutions and washing and transfer of precipitation.
Product features
(1) Lightweight material: Lightweight, easy to hold and operate, and not prone to fatigue due to long-term use.
(2) Not easy to break: Compared with glass washing bottles, plastic washing bottles have good impact resistance, which reduces the risk of accidental breakage during use and is safer.
(3) Good chemical stability: Can withstand the erosion of a variety of chemical reagents, is not prone to chemical reactions, and can be used to store and spray various commonly used washing liquids.
(4) Flexible design: usually with a squeezable bottle body and a slender nozzle, it is convenient to control the spray direction and flow rate of the washing liquid, and can accurately clean specific parts of the experimental instrument.
(5) High transparency: Most plastic washing bottles are made of transparent material, which is convenient for observing the remaining amount of washing liquid in the bottle and replenishing it in time.
(6) Low cost: The production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively affordable, which is suitable for wide application in various laboratories and industrial production.
