Product features:The ceramic combustion tube is a tubular device mainly made of ceramic materials, and it has various excellent properties in high-temperature environments. It mainly uses alumina ceramics, corundum ceramics, etc. Alumina ceramics have relatively high hardness, strength, and good chemical stability. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -50°C to 700°C or even higher. Some specially made ceramic combustion tubes can tolerate a high temperature of 1300°C and can work stably for a long time in a high-temperature environment without being easily deformed or damaged due to high temperatures.

Product introduction

The ceramic combustion tube is a tubular device mainly made of ceramic materials, and it has various excellent properties in high-temperature environments.

It mainly uses alumina ceramics, corundum ceramics, etc. Alumina ceramics have relatively high hardness, strength, and good chemical stability.

It can withstand temperatures ranging from -50°C to 700°C or even higher. Some specially made ceramic combustion tubes can tolerate a high temperature of 1300°C and can work stably for a long time in a high-temperature environment without being easily deformed or damaged due to high temperatures.

The common structures include a single-layer ceramic structure, which has a relatively simple manufacturing process and is suitable for some scenarios where the performance requirements are not particularly strict. There is also a ceramic-lined composite structure, such as a ceramic-lined composite steel pipe. Generally, it consists of a corundum ceramic layer, a transition layer, and a steel layer from the inside to the outside. This structure combines the high performance of ceramics with the strength and toughness of metals, endowing the combustion tube with better comprehensive performance and enabling it to withstand higher pressures and harsher working conditions.

Product features

(1) High temperature resistance: It can withstand high-temperature environments and can operate normally for a long time within the temperature range of -50°C to 700°C. Some can tolerate a high temperature of 1300°C.

(2) Corrosion resistance: The ceramic material has stable chemical properties, and features the characteristics of being resistant to acids, alkalis and seawater corrosion. It can resist the erosion of various corrosive media.

(3) Good abrasion resistance: For the composite pipe with corundum ceramic lining, its Mohs hardness can reach 9.0. It has high abrasion resistance to abrasive media and a long abrasion-resistant service life.

(4) Excellent thermal stability: Corundum ceramic has a single and stable crystalline structure, with a small coefficient of thermal expansion. It has good thermal stability and can withstand sudden changes in temperature.

(5) Good insulation performance: It can effectively isolate the electric current, prevent safety problems such as electric leakage, and ensure the safety of use.

Product applications

Industrial production: In the metallurgical and power industries, it is used to convey abrasive particulate materials such as pulverized coal and ash slag. In the chemical industry, it can convey corrosive materials containing solid particles, as well as high-temperature corrosive gases, etc

Laboratory analysis: It is often used in the analysis of the carbon and sulfur content in iron ore samples, as well as the analysis of volatile components in relatively light samples.

Other fields: For example, in the combustion equipment in fields such as waste incineration and cement production, it is used as a combustion tube, which can improve the service life and operation efficiency of the equipment.
