Product features
(1) High temperature resistance: Combustion boats are generally made of high-purity ceramic materials, such as alumina ceramics, which have excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand high temperature environments above 1000°C. Some specially made porcelain boats can even withstand 1500°C and higher temperatures, which can meet the needs of various high temperature experiments and industrial production.
(2) Strong chemical stability: It has strong tolerance to most acids, alkalis, salts and other chemical substances and is not prone to chemical reactions. In chemical analysis experiments, even if it comes into contact with various corrosive chemical reagents, it can ensure its own stability and will not cause contamination to the experimental samples, ensuring the accuracy of the experimental results and the reliability of the analysis results.
(3) Good thermal stability: Able to withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking, and maintain good structural integrity during high-temperature heating and cooling cycles.
(4) Good insulation: Ceramic materials have good electrical insulation properties, and combustion boats can be used as insulating carriers to ensure the safety and accuracy of experiments or production.

Product applications
(1) In chemical analysis: It is often used in various high-temperature combustion analysis experiments. For example, when determining the content of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and other elements in organic matter, the sample is placed in a combustion boat and subjected to combustion reaction in a high-temperature furnace. The content of each element in the sample is determined by analyzing the combustion products.
(2) In material preparation: It can be used as a container for reactants and used in the preparation process of high-temperature synthetic materials. For example, when preparing some ceramic materials, metal oxides, etc., the raw materials are placed in a porcelain boat and reacted at high temperature to cause solid-phase reaction or sintering, thereby obtaining the desired material.
(3) In the field of metallurgy: used in experiments or small-scale production processes such as smelting and refining of some metals. Metal samples or additives can be placed in a porcelain firing boat and heated in a high-temperature furnace to observe the melting and reaction of the metal, or to perform some simple metal purification operations.
