60° funnel with standard ground mouth is a commonly used glass instrument in laboratories, usually made of high borosilicate glass. The funnel neck is at a 60° angle, which allows the funnel mouth to be placed vertically, and has the advantage of saving space when used in multi-mouth reaction flasks. At the same time, the 60° angle can also achieve faster and more effective filtration. The bottom has a standard ground mouth, which can be tightly connected with other instruments with standard ground mouths, such as flasks, reactors, etc., to facilitate the assembly of experimental devices, ensure the sealing of the device, and prevent liquid leakage and gas escape. Made of high borosilicate glass, it has the characteristics of transparency, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, etc., can withstand large temperature changes, and can meet the requirements of various chemical experiments. And its wall thickness is uniform and has good mechanical strength.
The material of 60° funnel has a very low thermal expansion coefficient, about one-third that of ordinary glass, and is resistant to drastic changes in temperature of 200 degrees. The bottle body has clear markings, clean and transparent, excellent light transmittance, complete specifications, heat resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance; high hardness, high transparency, fine workmanship and low error, which is more suitable for precise experimental operations.
