Unique design: Weld a distillation branch tube at an angle of approximately 75 degrees to the top of a main tube, with a bulb on the main tube. The bottom is usually made with a standard ground mouth for use with a boiling flask.

Separation and purification effect: By increasing the length of the tube and the structure of the bulb, the area of gas-liquid exchange and contact is expanded. During the distillation process, substances with lower boiling points are distilled first, while high-boiling point substances mixed in the vapor are slowed down or blocked by the bulb. Heat is transferred to the lower boiling point substances of the distillate, cooled into liquid droplets, and flowed back into the boiling flask, thereby achieving the separation and purification of the mixture.

Manufacturing process: The production of the distillation tube is made by welding, blowing, and forming the high borosilicate glass raw material through lampworking, with a round mouth, and the bulb is gradually heated to the softening point for blowing.
