Product features
Structural design: It consists of a main tube and an inclined fractionating branch tube welded at an angle of approximately 75 degrees to its upper end, with three bulbs on the main tube.and there may be a reflux tube connection between the bulbs.
Principle of action: By increasing the length of the tube and the number of bulbs, the area of gas-liquid exchange and contact is expanded. Substances with low boiling points are more easily distilled out, while substances with high boiling points mixed in the vapor are slowed down or blocked by the bulbs, and their heat is transferred to substances with low boiling points in the distillate and then cooled into droplets, flowing back into the flask, thereby achieving the separation and purification of the mixture. The high-boiling-point substances that have lost their heat energy due to being slowed down by the bulbs can be re-condensed into droplets in the middle and returned to the flask through the reflux tube, so that the pure substances can be smoothly distilled out, accelerating the distillation speed.
Production process: It is welded, blown, and rounded by high borosilicate glass through lampworking, and the bulb is gradually heated to the softening point for blowing.

Product applications
Distilling tube with three bulbs is mainly used in schools, factories and enterprise laboratories to fractionate and purify the mixed liquid in organic matter.
It is suitable for separating mixtures with different boiling points. In the process of fractionation, the difference in boiling points of each component in the mixture is utilized. By heating, the mixture is vaporized, and the vapor rises into the fractionating tube. The special structure of the distilling tube with three bulbs, that is, the reflux tube between the bulbs, enables those high-boiling substances that have lost their heat energy due to being decelerated by the bulbs to be re-condensed into droplets in the middle and refluxed back to the flask through the reflux tube, while the pure, low-boiling substances can be smoothly distilled out, thereby achieving the purpose of separation and purification.
