The Class A glass acid burette with a glass stopcock is made of borosilicate glass. It has a slender and uniformly inner-diameter glass tube, which is equipped with precise scales. The "0" scale is at the upper end, and the full-scale mark is at the lower end. The scale values gradually increase from top to bottom. The lower end is connected to a glass stopcock, and the flow rate and outflow volume of the solution can be controlled by rotating the stopcock.

It is mainly used in titrimetric analysis methods and is an important glass instrument for volumetric analysis. It can be used to hold acidic solutions or oxidizing solutions, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, potassium dichromate and other solutions.
