Big mouth and small stopper joint is an accessory used to connect different specifications of ground mouth in laboratory glass instruments. In contrast to the small mouth large plug joint, the large mouth small plug joint has a larger ground mouth at one end and a smaller ground plug at the other end. The sizes of ground mouth and ground plug follow the same standard, such as the common 14#, 19#, 24#, 29#, 34#, etc. It is usually made of high borosilicate glass and has good chemical and thermal stability. When the ground mouth and ground plug sizes of different glass instruments in the laboratory do not match and cannot be directly connected, the large mouth small plug joint can be used as a bridge for transition connection.
