Product features
Bulb form nitrogen bulb，a glass tube bent outwards at a 75°C angle is welded to the upper end of the ball, which is used to connect the cooling tube. The lower end of the ball is welded with a straight glass tube with a bottom beveled at 45°C, which is used to connect the distillation bottle. There is a curved glass tube in the opposite direction connected to the upper branch pipe inside the ball. It is used to prevent the distillation from splashing outward, and also allows the gas to be guided out of the tube mouth, through the cooling tube and finally to the tube inside.
Bulb form nitrogen bulb is made of high borosilicate material, with low expansion coefficient, high temperature resistance, high hardness, high transparency and smooth surface. The welding is firm, is welded at 1100°C by the lathe, and the heat is maintained in the annealing furnace at 600°C until it cools naturally.

Product applications
Used in conjunction with a nitrogen-fixing distillation device to prevent the distillation from splashing outward during bumping. Or distill water to improve the purity of distilled water and add other exchange equipment.
