Distilling head 105°-75° with standard ground mouth is a standard ground glass instrument used in the laboratory. It is mainly used to connect other glass instruments for distillation operations. Standard ground glass instruments have good sealing performance and are especially suitable for certain volatile and toxic substances, or organic substances that are not suitable for contact with rubber stoppers. Suitable for various laboratory operations, especially for connecting flasks and distillation tubes in organic synthesis. The distilling head usually has a upward slope design of 105°-75°, which helps the liquid flow into the distillation tube smoothly and improves distillation efficiency. Before use, the grinding mouth should be sealed with Vaseline to achieve the best sealing effect.

Distilling head with standard ground mouth’s frosting is fine, the seal is leak-proof; the surface is smooth, beautiful and elegant, the transparency is high, the surface is smooth, the thermal expansion coefficient is only one-third that of ordinary glass, and it is high temperature resistant and can withstand drastic changes in the temperature difference of 200°C. The welding is firm; welded at 1100℃, annealed at 600℃, and keep warm in the furnace until natural cooling.
